Graduated students and other management-programme dreamers. To justify the global leadership in technical & professional education in innovative & creative ways, Juran School of Management stands for total quality education having well experienced industry, academic & research background faculties, management thought integrated class rooms and research envisioned library & computer lab. As an innovator of non-conventional teaching pedagogy, this B"school accomplishes the BPUT syllabus in the way of case study analysis. And other creative methods like "analyzing the articles of news paper relating to the concerned topic" , "analyzing the real market situation by visiting the shopping mulls" & "relating various advertisement to the theme of the relevant management subjects".

Programme Objective

This Program is designed to develop competent men and women into accomplished professionals, capable of working in various organisations in the private as well as the public sectors. This MBA Program is designed to develop holistic perspective about an organization and gain knowledge of various business functions and skills. They would also learn to work in teams and effectively communicate in oral and written form. The program aims to develop strong analytical skills among the students coupled with awareness of social and ethical responsibility.

Scope of MBA:

• Students pursuing MBA become liable with skills required to start a new business venture/ start-up or become an entrepreneur.

• It hones the expertise in a particular sector like management, human resources, finance and accounting, etc.

• MBA ensures a progressive career as well as increases the brand value.Even if anyone from any background, you can still pursue an MBA in your post-graduation.

Eligibility Details:

Passed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

Curricular Activities

The Institute encourages students to understand the community in terms of their problems, difficulties, way of living, , interface with the market, sustainability etc. Enough scope also exists in the campus for other extra-curricular activities such as sports, social service, E-library, Management games , debates, quizzes, Group discussion, Personal Interview classes, Soft skill classes, Personality Development classes, case studies classes, etc.

Internships/Project work

• The internship is to be carried out at the end of 1st year of study.

• The candidates are selected for internship by a campus selection process.

• Internship helps students to build field knowledge and to understand the flow of work in the industry.

• Student also has to complete a internship at final year which leads to the partial fulfilment of the degree.

• These processes of learning will enhance student’s motivation towards the course and career.
