The admission fee and tuition fee once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any request for a refund due to withdrawal of admission must be made in writing to the administrative office. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the prevailing guidelines of the institution and regulatory bodies.
In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by Raajdhani Engineering College, students will receive a full refund of any fees paid for that specific course.
The refund process may take up to 30 working days from the date of cancellation notification.
Before the commencement of the academic session: 90% refund of tuition fees (excluding admission fees).
Within 15 days of session start: 50% refund of tuition fees.
After 15 days of session start: No refund will be provided.
Any refund requests must be accompanied by proper documentation, including the fee receipt and an official request letter.
Hostel fees are refundable only if the student cancels the hostel facility before occupying the room. Once occupied, hostel fees are non-refundable.
Miscellaneous charges such as library, transport, examination, and registration fees are non-refundable.
If a payment is deducted from the student's account but not credited to the institution due to a technical issue, students must report it within 7 days. The institution will verify and process the refund accordingly.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment or to the student’s bank account as provided during the refund request.
