Academic Calendar for the 2009-10 is appended below :

Admission is carried out into 4 years B.Tech, 2 years MBA & 3 years MCA program as per the following guidelines prescribed by Orissa Govt. from time to time. 1. Candidates should have qualified Orissa JEE conducted by State Govt. or AIEEE conducted by CBSE, New Delhi or any other entrance test prescribed and approved by Govt. of Orissa. 2. Every applicant seeking admission should have passed the higher secondary (10+2) with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects. 3. For admission to second year through Lateral Entry the students should have passed diploma engineering/polytechnic in corresponding branch with minimum 60% of marks and qualified through Orissa JEE.

Lateral Entry(For 2nd Admission)

Additional 10% of each stream in B.Tech course is reserved for students passing out 10+3 years and diploma course in respective branches securing minimum 60% marks. It is a direct admission to second year of engineering under lateral entry scheme as per the norms stipulated by JEE.
