The Rajdhani Engineering College Central Library is the soul of the institution and it acquires, processes, preserves and disseminates information to the user community with the motto of empowering knowledge. It has an extensive collection of books, scientific and technical journals and electronic reference materials for satisfying the academic and research needs of the students and faculty. The Library and Information Centre consists a Reference Section, Circulation Section, Periodical Section, Book Bank and Digital Library. The library has automated all its library activities to provide effective and wide range of academic resources such as books, journals, online databases. In addition to the central library, the departmental library system is being developed for all the branches by the management.
Library aims to be best among engineering college libraries in the country. Library intends to incorporate the latest technology and adopt user friendly approach towards students and faculty. Library intends to offer comprehensive services related to dissemination of knowledge.

a. Students & staff should enter their details in login Register before entering the Library.
b. The students must carry their Identity cards to the library.
c. The library user shall not engage in audible conversation in any part of the library.
d. Cleanliness should be maintained in & around the library-cum-information centre.
e. Open during 8.30am to 8.00pm on all working days.
f. Two books can be borrowed at a time from the library.
g. A book drawn by a student may be retained for 15 days. Book may be recalled at any time. The Book should be returned on or before the date last marked/Stamped otherwise a fine Rs 1 per day shall levy as per the Library Rules.
h. Any book taken in/out of Library will be checked at the library gate.
i. In case book is lost/damaged the borrower either have to replace the book of same edition or pay a price plus fine of Rs.50/-. In case of rare book Principal will impose a special fine.
j. Every student is required to produce their identity card with Library card for obtaining, no dues slip at the end of the session or leaving the Institute.
k. The principal on the recommendation of the librarian reserves the right to cancel the membership privilege of any student found misbehaving/committing thefts.
l. Members shall not bring printed materials, personal belongings and library books issued to them inside the library. They are to be kept at the property counter.
m. Members are responsible for any Damage Caused by them to the books or any other belongings of the library and in case of Damage caused he /she have to pay the penalty imposed by the Librarian.
n. Use of mobile phone in the library is prohibited.
o. Avoid making pencil/pen marks, underlining, scribbling and tearing pages in the books/journals. If any such things are noticed at the time of returning the books, borrower will be held responsible and appropriate fine will be collected.
p. Books marked “Not for Loan” and Reference Books will not be issued.
q. Consult the Library staff on duty for any other information, suggestions and issues.
